Due to our rapid growth and ambitious plans to scale, we are currently looking for a conscientious and dynamic individual with excellent customer service and recruitment administration experience to work on international resourcing products for key clients.

Reporting to a Resourcing Business Partner (RBP), the Candidate Care Specialist works as part of a wider team to support each successful candidate through the final stages of the recruitment process including compliance, immigration, professional registration support, relocation and pastoral care.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and must be able to demonstrate their expertise in both customer service and recruitment administration, with a proven track record in managing large-scale, time-sensitive projects.

This is a full time permanent position based in either our Dublin, Belfast or Taunton Offices (Currently Remote Working)

The Key Deliverables

Deliver a fast and efficient pre-employment check service for each successful candidate
Deliver outstanding customer care service for each candidate as they complete each stage
Deliver accurate documentation for each candidate’s professional registration and work visa
Deliver a smooth transition for candidates relocating and provide ongoing pastoral care

The Qualifications and Experience

Have at least 12 months experience in recruitment administration - in-house or agency

Have strong functional experience of using recruitment technology and Microsoft Office
Have experience in customer service or customer facing experience
Have strong administration skills and be capable of multi-tasking

Have excellent time management skills and experience of meeting tight deadlines
