Due to our rapid growth and ambitious plans to scale, we are currently looking for an experienced administration professional with a proven track record of commitment to high levels of integrity, ethics and professionalism to manage candidate pre-employment checks and overall quality assurance.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Delivery, the Employment Compliance Lead is responsible for ensuring that all pre-employment checks are processed in an efficient and diligent manner so as to ensure the highest level of candidate quality and governance.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and must be able to demonstrate their ability to manage large quantities of original documentation and have exceptional attention to detail.

This is a full time permanent position based in either our Dublin, Belfast or Taunton Offices (Currently Remote Working)

The Key Deliverables

Deliver an efficient, effective, robust and well-coordinated pre-employment check process
Deliver oversight for our Resourcing Business Partners to deliver quality assured candidates
Deliver regular updates on professional, regulatory and immigration policy changes
Deliver expertise, guidance, advice and direction to clients and colleagues on compliance

The Qualifications & Experience

Have a third level Degree or 3+ years’ experience in healthcare recruitment administration
Have strong recruitment administration experience preferably in healthcare
Have strong knowledge of data protection legislation including GDPR policies and standards
Have experience of in-house recruitment process and procedures, ideally within healthcare
Have a proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns
Have strong functional experience of using recruitment technology and Microsoft Office
