Due to our rapid growth and ambitious plans to scale, we are currently looking for a Registered Nurse with a minimum of 4 years’ post qualification experience and a proven track record of commitment to high levels of integrity, ethics and professionalism to manage clinical assessments of our candidates.

Reporting to the Head of Talent Delivery, the Lead Clinical Talent Assessor plays a pivotal role in helping to review and shortlist nursing applications as well as conducting online clinical competency assessments to support both our international and temporary resourcing projects.

The successful candidate will be experienced, conscientious, a team player and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is an ideal role for a Registered Nurse who wants to retain and use their clinical skills whilst working regular hours in an office environment.

This is a full time permanent position based in either our Dublin, Belfast or Taunton Offices (Currently Remote Working)

The Key Deliverables

Deliver an efficient, effective, robust and well-coordinated system for clinical assessments
Deliver oversight for our Resourcing Business Partners to deliver quality assured candidates
Deliver regular updates on professional and regulatory policy changes for nurses
Deliver expertise, guidance, advice and direction to clients and colleagues on clinical skills

The Qualifications & Experience

Have current registration in the UK or Ireland e.g. NMC or NMBI with min 4 years’ PQE.
Have advanced written and verbal communication skills including the ability to write reports
Have functional experience of using Microsoft Office
Have excellent administration skills and be capable of multi-tasking
Have excellent time management skills and experience of meeting tight deadlines
Have experience of shortlisting applications for nursing posts (in-house or agency)
