Social Media Moderator
Due to our rapid growth and ambitious plans to scale, we are currently looking for an experienced, conscientious, “hands on” and diligent social media administrator with at least 6 months experience providing outsourced social media monitoring services for third party clients.
Reporting to the Social Media Marketing Manager, the Social Media Moderator will be responsible for managing the day to day social media account activity for a specific project and includes posting, monitoring, engaging and growing the account user bases.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and must be able to demonstrate their expertise in communicating effectively over social media as well as being responsive to questions, complaints and comments from users in a timely and professional manner.
This is a full time permanent position based in either our Dublin or Belfast Offices (Currently Remote Working)
