Technical Support Administrator

Due to our rapid growth and ambitious plans to scale, we are currently looking for a tech-savvy, hands-on individual with excellent customer service skills to work on managing general support and technical enquiries from customers and end-users of bespoke talent acquisitions platform.

Technical Support Administrator will work as part of a wider team to deliver high level of support and advice to maintain client satisfaction and seamless user journey.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, digitally lead environment and must be able to demonstrate their expertise in customer service, preferably in a web based (SaaS) environment. An understanding of recruitment processes and a knowledge of customer data base management tools is desirable and will be a plus.

This is a full time permanent position based in our Dublin office (Currently Remote Working)

The Key Deliverables 

  • Deliver friendly support and guidelines via dedicated email, phone and other digital forms of communication.
  • Deliver the best possible user experience focusing on responsiveness, cooperation and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback and assistance on improving internal processes, procedures and driving case studies.
  • Deliver internal and external training to systems users to ensure that best practice is followed at all times

The Qualifications & Experience

  • Have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role - customer service or customer facing experience, ideally within a fast-growing business.
  • Have at least 6 months functional experience in one or more of the following:  administration (possibly within a HR/Recruitment), customer support, technical education, account management or software (ideally SaaS/cloud).
  • Structured way of working and ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and to complete them diligently.
  • Ability to interact and communicate professionally and confidently with a diverse customer base.
  • Be comfortable, professional, and friendly on camera and telephone.
  • Very good command of verbal and written English.
  • Confident in a tech environment and comfortable with new software with the ability to relay complex technical concepts in a simplified way.
