Technical Support Administrator
Due to our rapid growth and ambitious plans to scale, we are currently looking for a tech-savvy, hands-on individual with excellent customer service skills to work on managing general support and technical enquiries from customers and end-users of bespoke talent acquisitions platform.
Technical Support Administrator will work as part of a wider team to deliver high level of support and advice to maintain client satisfaction and seamless user journey.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, digitally lead environment and must be able to demonstrate their expertise in customer service, preferably in a web based (SaaS) environment. An understanding of recruitment processes and a knowledge of customer data base management tools is desirable and will be a plus.
This is a full time permanent position based in our Dublin office (Currently Remote Working)
